Common Questions

Will It Fit?

All of the apparel items that we sell are individually measured before we put them up for sale. All of our apparel items have actual measurements included in the description. We list measurements from armpit to armpit and top/bottom. To be certain if a particular item will fit, please measure something you already own that fits you well, and compare to the measurements in the listing. This way you will be certain the item you are buying will fit correctly.

 

Payment Accepted

We accept Pay Pal, M/C, Visa, Amex, Discover.

Your card is charged at time of purchase.

 

Do You Need to Create an Account to make a Purchase?

No, once you have filled your cart, you can proceed to checkout and use the Guest Checkout Option.

 

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is charged on non apparel items shipped to any address in North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

Sales Tax will be added at checkout.

 

Using Coupon

NLCYCLE will send coupons via email or other means throughout the year. Each coupon will have a unique code. When you are done shopping, please enter this code at checkout in the shopping cart. The coupon will show your revised total in the cart for review before you confirm checkout.

 

Availability of Merchandise

All the items that are listed on our web site are in stock ready for immediate shipping. We do not have any item listed that is not in stock. We do not use third parties to drop ship anything we sell. Everything we have to sell, is in stock and listed on our web site.

Shipping Info

How much is shipping?

All of our items include FREE standard shipping. Free shipping is either USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post or UPS Ground at our discretion, depending on location being shipped to and item size. All items have as an option, Priority Mail for a modest $5 additional.

 

Shipping

We will ship any of our items to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/AE boxes.

 

How Long Will It Take to Ship Your Purchase

Since everything we have listed is in stock, we ship everyday, Monday-Friday. Any items purchased Mon-Fri before 10am EST will ship out the same day, after 10AM Mon-Thursday will ship out the next day. Items Purchase on Friday after 10am and all Weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. If the shipping day is a holiday, then items will go out the following day.

 

When Will I Actually Receive My Item?

Free Shipping will take anywhere from 3-10 business days.

Priority Mail usually takes 3-5 business days.

Please note that these times are only estimates, and will vary depending on time of year or weather. We cannot be responsible for any delays from USPS or UPS.

About Your Order

Check Status

You can either log into your account or click track my order at the home page. If you log into your account, you will see all of your orders, if you click track my order, you will need the order number you received when you completed your sale. If you did not create an account, and used the Guest Checkout option, then you will need to click track my order and put in the order number.

 

Address Information

You will be able to confirm the address upon checkout.

 

Special Instructions

If you have any special instructions, (no invoice, please write happy birthday…, etc) please put them on your order in special instructions upon checkout.

 

Change or Cancel an Order

Since we have everything in stock and ship immediately, you will need to contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed. If the item has not shipped we will be happy to change or cancel your order.

Return Policy

We have a 100% unconditional 90 day guarantee.

If you are unhappy for any reason with anything you buy from us you can send it back for a full refund or exchange. If you are exchanging, please contact us first and we will put aside the item you are exchanging for. You need to email us at Returns@nlcycle.com and we will email you back an RA number. We ask that you write this number on the return package and send it back with a tracking number. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please ship to

Price Protection
